The response from candidates online nominating their favourite sites, in the 3rd year of the awards, has been tremendous.  Competition has been fierce this year, in all categories.  A special mention should also go to SecsintheCity, who came extremely close to winning an award.  The winners of the 2003 awards are as follows.
