The
Panel of Judges for the 2005 National Online Recruitment Awards has now
been finalised. They do, of course, have
extensive experience of the current online recruitment sector.
They are selected on the basis of this knowledge and have no vested
interested in the nominated websites.

STEPHEN
O'DONNELL FREC (Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation)
Founder
and Managing Director of AlljobsUK.com. Stephen has been a professional
recruiter for the last 15 years, and has owned and run successful
recruitment companies since 1993.
PHILIP McMULLAN

Philip McMullan is the
editor of The
Recruitment Consultant
the definitive monthly title for the UK staffing industry. Philip was previously the editor of Professional Recruiter
and has written extensively on recruitment and employment matters for
The London Professional
Recruitment Guide
and Employment Law Journal.
DON MCINTOSH
Don
McIntosh combines over 12 years experience running conventional
recruitment companies in the UK with 6 years experience in e-recruitment
and Internet recruitment portals. Don was the UK Managing Director of
TopJobs.co.uk and the original Chairman of the AOLR (The Association of
Online Recruiters, part of the REC).
MARTIN
GIBBONS

Martin Gibbons CEO of
PeopleMaps Ltd specialist providers of online personality profiling
systems. PeopleMaps has been hugely popular with job seekers and
is on target this year to see its millionth registered member.
PeopleMaps is a completely Internet based business and has hundreds of
links and partnerships with other web sites.
DAN MCGUIRE

Dan McGuire, Managing
Director, Broadbean Technology. Dan heads up Broadbean Technology,
the UK's largest multiple job posting and applicant tracking company
which distributes in excess of 100,000 online job adverts every week to
more than 400 job boards across the globe. Dan has been involved in the
recruitment industry, both traditional and online for over 6 years.
The
criteria to be used in judging will include:
1.
Ease of use, design, layout & speed.
2.
Volume of available vacancies.
3.
Volume of claimed visitors.
4.
Available facilities for jobseekers.
5.
Prominence in targeted market.
Sites
will be judged from the point of view of a jobseeker, and what benefits
candidates best.
