Once again, we are proud to
announce the winners of the National Online Recruitment Awards.
The year 2006 has been one in which professionalism, sophistication and
creativity have really come to the fore in this maturing market.
Competition has been fierce between sites that have continued to
develop, and really addressed the needs of candidates. Every
winning site here can be justly proud that their efforts in the past
year have been recognised.

General Job BOARD

Monster

|
We're
very pleased to have won these awards two years running in these
highly important categories. The users are always the main judges of
whether we're offering the right solution, and we're constantly
asking for their feedback and using it to tailor our services to
their specific needs. For example, our newest site for apprentices
is yet another way in which Monster listened to its users needs.
Apprenticeships in the UK and Ireland are growing at a very fast
pace and we're now helping jobseekers to identify how to attain
these positions. This reinforces to employers that Monster is the
best way to recruit candidates as potential new employees are
increasingly using the Internet to find their dream job.
